50-150 lbs.  $ 60.00

151 lbs & up  $ 70.00

 200 lbs.   $ 80.00 & up

This includes gut & skinning and your choice of cube, burger, steaks, stew, & roast.  Backstraps & tenderloins may be whole or sliced.

extra charges:

SMOKED SAUSAGE $ 2.50/lb.

If whole deer is done in smk. sausage the charge is $45.00 + $2.50/lb.

LINK SAUSAGE $ 2.00/lb.

PATTIE SAUSAGE $1.75/lb.

WE ALSO OFFER ITALIAN SMOKED, LINK, & PATTIE SAUSAGE.

Onion Burger $1.50/LB.

JERKY $ 6.00/lb.

Summer Sausage $ 12.00/stick

Salami $ 12.00/stick

Bologna $ 15.00/stick

Deer gut, skin, & 1/4 only $35.00

Hog gut, skin, & 1/4 $ per wt. 

if meat is wrapped $10.00 additional charge

Deer already quartered in cooler $ 45.00 & UP

we charge $ 20.00 to cape your deer if  we do not mount it. 

*We process one deer/hog at a time.  The deer/hog you

bring in is the deer/hog you receive after processing.*

 

to insure the best quality of meat please bring your

 deer/hog to a processing facility as soon as possible 

after harvesting.
