Under 50 lbs. $ 45.00 50-150 lbs. $ 55.00 151 lbs & up $ 65.00 Hogs over 200 lbs. $ 70.00 & up This includes gut & skinning and your choice of cube, burger, steaks, stew, & roast. Backstraps & tenderloins may be whole or sliced. extra charges: SMOKED SAUSAGE $ 2.00/lb. If whole deer is done in smk. the charge is $40.00 + $2.00/lb.
LINK SAUSAGE $ 1.50/lb. PATTIE SAUSAGE $1.00/lb. WE ALSO OFFER ITALIAN SMOKED, LINK, & PATTIE SAUSAGE. JERKY $ 6.00/lb. Summer Sausage $ 10.00/stick Salami $ 10.00/stick Bologna $ 10.00/stick other prices: Deer gut, skin, & 1/4 only $25.00 Hog gut, skin, & 1/4 $ per wt. if meat is wrapped $30.00 Deer already quartered in cooler $ 45.00 we charge $ 15.00 to cape your deer if we do not mount it. *We process one deer/hog at a time. The deer/hog you bring in is the deer/hog you receive after processing.*
to insure the best quality of meat please bring your deer/hog to a processing facility as soon as possible after harvesting.
